How can I order a product?

Please, add the products that you want to buy to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. After choosing the products, click on the "buy" button.

 

If you do not log in, you will see the registration page. if you have already registered with your e-mail, you can log in by clicking "login" button and entering your e-mail and password that you have already defined while you are registering.

 

If you haven't registered before, you can easily register by clicking "Register Now'' button with your e-mail address.  Next, you have to fill your address information and after that, you have to select a payment option.

 

Please follow these processes step by step until you see the "order completed " text.

When you are on the 'My Cart' section, there is a 'Quantity' part and by clicking on it you can increase or decrease the quantity of the product you want to purchase. If you want to remove completely from your cart, there is an 'X' sign on the rightmost of the product you have chosen and by clicking on it, you can remove the product from your cart. 

 

Some styles are ready in stock and some styles need to be produced.  Once you choose the style and the size you prefer you will see the delivery time as 3 days if it is in stock and 4-6 weeks if the dress is not in stock and need to be produced.

For most of the styles If the size you want is not available in stock we still can produce it and deliver it within 4-6 weeks.

All of our products are designed according to EU Sizes. You can check the size chart in the link bellow to make sure you choose the correct size.

Tarik Ediz offers free world wide shipping to any areas around the world. No extra fees will be charged for the shipment.

Usually it takes 2-3 days for shipments inside Turkey while it takes 4-10 days for the countries outside Turkey.

After your orders are approved, an e-mail including an order tracking number will be send  to you. By using this number, you can track your package.

 

Packages can rarely be delivered on Saturdays. There is no delivery on Sundays and official public holidays.

If your order is not yet sent by cargo, you can cancel your order from ''Order tracking'' section. If your order has  been  sent  already  to you,  but  you want to cancel it,  you can send it back to us within 24 hours after you have received the product.
