1-SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Freight charges will be mentioned and applied according to you country at the basket before checking out. If your order is ready, it will be delivered to the freight company within 3 days from the order date, but if your dress will be produced exclusively for you, your orders will be sent to the fright company within 4 to 6 weeks from the order date.
Shipment to any destination in Turkey will be sent by Yurtiçi Kargo, while international shipments we use DHL and UPS for fast and secure shipping.
You can view the tracking number of your order in the orders section of the My Account section after you have entered membership. You can find out the latest status of your cargo from the cargo website along with the cargo tracking number.
2-RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
If the product you have received from our site didn't fit you, you may exchange it with another size, but the product should not be used and it should be in its original packaging and not damaged. You can exchange the product by notifying us within 24 hours from receiving it.
- TERMS OF RETURN
Returns must be sent with the original box/packaging and invoice.
If the product protection label worn on the wedding dresses and dresses is removed, no return will be accepted in case of damage.
All accessories of the dress must be shipped undamaged and with the original packs.
Gifts and promotional products must be shipped with the original packages.
Dresses that are produced specifically for the client size requested or according to their personal needs can not be returned.
Products that are prepared in accordance with the specific wishes of the consumer or clearly his personal needs, which are not suitable for repatriation by nature, which are in danger of rapid deterioration or which are likely to pass the expiration date cannot be returned.
- EXTRADITION PROCESS
Before returning any item please notify us of your return request by sending email to email@example.com and please specify the order number and the return reason. And you will get a return authorisation number (RA no)
You can send the product back to the following return address with the delivery note, Invoice or return exchange card provided to you without any harm to the product itself and its packaging.
For returns inside turkey please use Yurtiçi Kargo , in case you use another company to return the dress the return fees will be charged to you.
For returns outside Turkey please use The UPS or the DHL but the return freight charges and the customs that has been paid at the entry of your country will be charged to you.
Although it is very unlikely, keep the tracking number of the return shipment just in case the product did not reached us. You will need to submit if needed.
Once your product reaches our return center and once the return confirmation is approved, we will dispatch your exchange dress in the next business day. Products sold by Tarik Ediz website are not refunded at any point. It can only be exchanged.
